I want to know how to lose weight fast
I’m sure you’re wondering why I’m suddenly thinking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because the other day I found myself in a position to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did me in. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating profusely, coughing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I went into the bathroom to splash some cold water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I needed to lose weight fast.
In some ways, I’m starting to feel like I’m turning into my dad. He was a ferociously fat man, with a warm sense of humor and a devout, pragmatic approach to life. But I tell you, he was big. And these days I’m getting big also. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my dad, but I very much would like to keep myself from reaching 250 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no going back.
So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight fat. My wife has agreed to do this with me, telling me that she is also interested in losing weight, which I think will make it easier to stay with whatever diet program we end up with. There’s a huge amount of opinions on weight loss out there.
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how good the diet goes for us. I understand losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I can see, so I’ll be trying hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
